Shipping Info

PLEASE NOTE THAT DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING MAY INCUR ADDITIONAL WAIT TIME DUE TO COVID-19.

Domestic

A flat rate of $10.00 is applied to all domestic orders and will have tracked shipping within Australia.

International

We ship to New Zealand, the UK, the USA, Canada and Europe (estimate 6-27 business days). International orders are tracked, and you will be provided with the tracking number once your order is placed. Please contact me at hello@diydaisy.com if you don't see your destination included and I will add it to the shipping options.

Shipping charges do not include possible taxes and charges imposed by the country of origin or destination. The responsibility of costs incurred for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees rest solely with the customer. DIY Daisy is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

DIY Daisy is not liable for lost packages sent to incorrectly provided addresses, or any other fault carried out by Australia Post. Refunds/replacement of goods will unfortunately not be provided in these circumstances.
For all orders please make sure you provide a secure delivery address as we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

COVID19

Orders will be fulfilled within 5 business days from the purchase date. After your package leaves the DIY studio, there may be delays within Australia Post that are out of our control due to the large number of packages they’re receiving at this time.
