DIY Mini Rectangle Ruffle Skirt Tutorial

Make your Rectangle Ruffle Skirt a mini! Follow the steps and cutting layouts provided in the DIY Rectangle Ruffle Skirt Tutorial and refer to my measurements below to make it shorter.

Skirt Rectangles:
Width = Hips + 20cm / 2
Height = Measure waist to fingertip when hands are by sides.

Ruffles:
Width = Skirt Rectangle Width x 2 (or full width of fabric to produce less waste)
Height = 15cm - 20cm (this is up to you)
