Me Made: Alma Two Piece

Just a quick little outfit post featuring one of my favorite Liberty prints ever, Alma. I found this beautiful red wall very close to my house, it was the wall of a pizza shop. The trees were making a beautiful pattern on the wall and I knew we had to stop to quickly snap some pictures.

The top pattern is vintage Butterick #6662 and the skirt is New Look #6637. I purchased this beautiful Liberty Tana Lawn from The Fabric Store in Auckland. The earrings I also made using a leather remnant I found there too.
These two pieces on their own pair well with a number of pieces in my wardrobe but when paired together they look like a dress and I LOVE IT! I initially made this outfit when the weather was warmer so to transition it into winter I wore the top over a merino turtleneck to keep warm.
